'"Judge not, that you be not judged. For with the judgment you pronounce you will be judged, and with the measure you use it will be measured to you. ' (Matt 7:1-2)

"Don't you judge me. Only God can judge!" Have you ever heard someone say this or something similar? Or perhaps you've heard, "All religions are the same at the core. They teach treat others the way you want to be treated." Both of these types of statements come from Matthew 7:1-12, our study this week. As Jesus concludes his Sermon on the Mount we find him addressing relationships. Our relationship to our brother and judging him. Our relationship to those who reject the gospel. Our relationship to our Father in prayer. Our relationship to our neighbor and how we treat him. We've said that this sermon is about Christian counterculture, please come and learn what Jesus expects from those in his countercultural kingdom concerning relationships.
