Public Prayer in Corporate Worship

I imagine ten out of ten of us have felt like we were not good enough at some point in our lives. Perhaps we were excluded from a group due to the way we dress, our lack of intellect, color of our skin, or the way we talk. But that is not to be the Christian way. Paul addresses such elitism in 1 Timothy 2:1-7. He tells us we should pray for all, God desires to save all, and Christ's death was a ransom for all. Christianity is not just for the smart, the wealthy, or the socialites. It is for Jew and Gentile, it is for the artist and the scientist, it is for all types of people. So I invite you out this Sunday evening to hear the good news that Jesus Christ is for all.
